Hi every the below report was another for FWC and me and Britt took Pic’s, but Britt wrote the battle report. Weather report before the battle. For those people who live in dark places
Blue skies and oceans.
(Lay out of the land (showing the poor vict…. Ops sorry civilians))
TURN 1: Marines: Trent is unlucky in that 2 of his 4 units don't arrive under mobile deployment. The rest do and move forward under the concealment of the city. Most of Greg’s force arrives and moves forward. Allies: The Red Guard has only one of its 4 Commands arrive on the North-Centre edge of the table, his Ragnorok Heavy Tanks. All the NAC arrive on the south-centre edge. The 8 light tanks get double move and move into the city to attack the Rhinos coming out, but can't find them in the city canyons.
(Right flank only half turning up)
(The left flank did better)
(NAC turns up.)
TURN 2: Marines: Trent really gets stuck into the isolated Red Guard. He blows up one Ragnorok with fire from the Landraiders and finishes off the other with Artillery. He also kills one RG HQ and almost another. (Peoples Commissar Dunn is not a happy man!). Greg strikes out to "mop up" the Red Guard with his Bikes while moving the civilian Rhinos out of harms way from the NAC tanks. The Land Raiders he has score only 2 hits on the NAC Light tanks.Allies: The Red Guard Tanks finally arrive, if not the infantry. (Whose leader will be tried in the Peoples court next week, where he will be given a fair trial, then hung!). With Land Raiders cheek & jowl with the Light Tanks & the Rhinos long gone, the 'lights' decide to fight it out. And they do. In an unprecedented feat of bravery & luck, 5 Land Raiders & their passengers, are left as burning hulks while the nimble Lights are untouched!(At this point I'm sure Greg must have been thinking "Who is this guy, and what did he do with Britt? I seldom get anywhere near average luck, and here I am making one assay command roll after another. To his credit, Greg took it all a lot better than I would have).(The started of the demise of the Marines, or the luckiest bastards, which ever)
(You only need three or less Britt, gone on want the worse that can happen, a blunder??(Sledging from the opponent))
(See they do die if hit they with enough shots}
TURN 3: Marines: Trent’s Land Raiders knock out the Red Guard 990V improved tank, and Rhinos clear the city. Greg’s Rhinos make it all the way to the central gully area. Despite losses, no civilian Rhinos have yet been lost and the gully is the last real obstacle.Allies: The Red Guard infantry finally arrives. The off-board artillery cascades death down upon the forward group of Rhinos, killing 4 and suppressing 1. 8 civilians are now gone. The NAC missile tanks and Heavy tanks continue to pound the Rhinos still alive, while the Light Tanks continue their run of outrageous luck by shooting up the Whirlwinds and last Rhino.
Postscript: The NAC Light Tank unit (301st New Alabama Light Horse) has been awarded the Silver Star for bravery (and the 4-leaf clover cluster for being the luckiest bastards I've ever commanded!).

(Exec me Sir want that!!!!!!!!, oh that’s the NAC AND Red Guard, ARMY MASCOTT. Don’t worry playful as a pussy cat)
The intelligence life watches with interest on the preceding on the table this time. Pic’s above and below
Ok till the next report have fun, play it safe and thanks to Britt for the report.

This is my first battle report so it may be rough.
This was our four game of FWC and it was short and sweet. It was Scenario #3 from the FWC book. 4000pts of Red Guard /NAC2000pts of Space Marines. Turn 1.The NAC/Red Guard advance done the board to reach their set goals of getting units off the board. The space marines bring on their two units of land raiders and that was it.
Pic 2- the shoot was taken about half way through the game
Turn 2
The NAC\Red Guard move again and as turn 1 kept moving, except their artillery which open fire and missed the landraiders and landed on the command stand and killed it out right(plenty more were they came form). The spacemarine commanders decided to have a drink at the pub since not troops turned up this turn.
Turn 3
The NAC\Red Guard kept moving with the NAC bolding going done the left flank with his heavy tanks and light tanks to put him in front of the landraiders. Then rolled again to pass his leadership and he shot at the landraiders not managing to kill any yet.
Turn 4
This turn was shoot by the NAC first off and they started with their artillery which open fire and missed the landraiders again and landed on the command stand and killed it out right again. Then they target the landraiders not on the hill but the one next the factory and killed one and then the landraiders raiders on the hill took next and the space marine commander only manager to save to hits out of 28 shots. Then check to see if the infantry saved and none did. At this point the game was given to the Red Guard /NAC.

Game two was far more interesting! After we'd changed the terrain around a bit (it was originally like the pic I put up 5 days ago), we had the Red Guard /NAC Alliance attacking the Space Marines in a meeting engagement. What a bloodbath! On turn one Greg had destroyed all my light tanks and most of my heavy one's. Trent was moving up quickly with his Landraiders to give the Red Guard a bloody nose. To win, they had to kill 2000 points of our force, and they'd already accounted for 800 points or so. The Allies struck back with missile tanks and Red Guard LeMan Russ MBT's, but didn't do nearly the damage we received.
NAC troops took the central city, and counter-battery fired until the SM Whirlwinds were no more. Red Guard advanced, but weren't able to make noticeable gains. SM Bikes & Devastators took out the last of my heavy tanks, but died under a missile tank barrage. Greg's landraiders moved past the city to engage the Red Guard. Still the battle raged, though we were only down 400 points now. Both sides had already received a minor victory due to points of damage inflicted. Both Trent & James were inflicting heavy damage on each other, and both sides were now only a few points from breaking. The NAC infantry fired from the city at a Landraider and destroyed it. A (slim) victory to the Alliance though they were far too exhausted and shot-up to peruse. A VERY close game and a very enjoyable one. THIS IS WHAT WARGAMING IS ALL ABOUT FOLKS.
